- Pre-proposal strategy, including identification and analysis of market opportunities, competitor analysis, analysis of solicitations (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs etc), teaming considerations, and bid/no bid decisions.
- Proposal management, including planning, assignment and management of resources, managing the proposal development process, leading the writing and review process, and production.
- Post proposal support. Development of transition plans and other initial documents/deliverables; client/procurement updates as appropriate.
